                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH L & L
                   CONSULTANTS, INC., DATED MARCH 9, 1993, FOR
                   ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO MAINTAINING
                   THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR AN AMOUNT
                   OF TWO THOUSAND, TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS
                   ($2,025.00) PER MONTH, PLUS REASONABLE
                   EXPENSES, FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH 1, 1994,
                   THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 1995.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Amendment to the Agreement with L & L 
Consultants,
       Inc., dated March 9, 1993, for engineering services relative to
       maintaining the Pavement Management System for an amount of
       $2,025.00 per month, plus reasonable expenses, for the period of
       March 1, 1994, through February 28, 1995.
